The information is stored securely. The information will not be disclosed to a third party without your permission (except in the case of EAP referral).

Records are maintained on all clients in keeping with the British Psychological Society’s Code of Conduct.

These records are not accessible by anyone else (in case of EAP referral records are maintained by the EAP provider).

Information provided by clients is not transferred in part or whole without your permission.

Information about a client may be released to a third party only with the consent of the client.

Release of information will normally require a written consent to disclose signed by the client.

Information may be disclosed without the consent of the client when:

• The client is at risk to themselves or others
• There is a legal obligation to do so
